Flooding in Magadan in the Russian Far East on 22 July saw the city's river burst its banks, sweeping away and virtually wiping out the city's 'Museum of Military Equipment'. The damage resulted in the untimely scrapping of two Cold War-era Sukhoi 15 'Flagons'....
