This is the SAB AB-20 - a four-engine night bomber development of the three-engine Dyle et Bacalan DB-70 airliner. Dyle et Bacalan went out of business in 1929 - the "fuselage porteur" concept was another (French) aeronautical dead-end. See 'Le Fana de l'Aviation No. 392 (July 2002)
